Filmcoating
Filmcoating of seeds means covering seeds with a thin layer of coloured polymer for a number of reasons:
- To increase flowability and minimize dust
- To include pesticides to seeds so that the seedling has the right amount of active ingredients on the right spot
- To increase visibility of seeds in the soil, while sowing
- Last but not least, workers are minimally exposed to active ingredients, as these professionally bounded to the seeds and covered with a top layer to avoid dusting off
our product is:
a dust free filmcoat on the seed, often including a fungicide or insecticide to protect the seedling against seedborn diseases or to soil pathogens.
