Pelleting & Encrusting
Seedtechnology:
Pelleting
Pelleting seeds ensures uniform size and shape, facilitating easier sowing without affecting seed germination. Our Easy-line offers a variety of pellets tailored to a number of crops. All pellet types are suitable for the organic market, and certified under SKAL / FiBL registration.
- EasyPil: The traditional pellet with a preset calibre for nurseries. It’s of the splitting type and boasts a medium-heavy weight, ideal for crops like lettuce, endive and chicories.
- EasyMelt: Specifically designed for small or sensitive seeds, EasyMelt is a melting pellet that dissolves within seconds. It’s suitable for seeds ranging from 10 - 500 mg per 1000 seeds. EasyMelt is particularly well-suited for small flower seeds.
- EasyLight: This light coat pellet suits a wide range of crops, including tomato and leek. After watering, the pellet crumbles into several parts, allowing seeds to uptake water and germinate. Calibrated within 0.5 mm for precision sowing.
- EasyCoat: Offering an economic encrusting of seeds without size calibration, EasyCoat ensures that 1 kg of seeds is coated with 100-400% coating. Ideal for crops like carrot, spinach and onion.
